Welcome to Destiny Atlas (the "Service"), operated by Aurora Pinnacle Pty Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.
Entertainment Purpose
All content provided by the Service (including but not limited to BaZi, ZiWei Dou Shu, Chinese Zodiac, Western Zodiac, I Ching, Tarot, Natal Chart, Naming Analysis, and Numerology) is generated from traditional theory and rule-based engines, for entertainment, self-reflection, and cultural interest only. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, nor a basis for major life decisions.
Accounts
The Service uses passwordless, email-based magic-link login. You are responsible for keeping your login link confidential. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Subscriptions and Payment
· Some in-depth content (such as the deep BaZi report and detailed compatibility analysis) requires a paid subscription, available monthly or yearly. · Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled. · You can cancel your subscription or manage payment methods at any time via the customer portal (provided by Stripe) on your Account page. · See the "Refund Policy" section below for our refund rules.
Refund Policy
· Your first subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. · Subscription fees charged after the trial ends are generally non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, or where the charge resulted from our own billing error (such as a duplicate charge). · If you believe you were charged in error or wish to request a refund, contact us (see "Contact Us" below) within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and issue a refund where appropriate. · You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page to stop future renewals; after cancelling you retain access to paid content for the remainder of the current billing period.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to circumvent or interfere with the system's normal operation, scraping or bulk-harvesting content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Pinnacle Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Minors
This service is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, you may only use this service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and must not subscribe to paid services without that consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16; if we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.
